Our Chefs Dinner in 2017 was such a great event and we decided to do it again in May 2018.
This year we want to focus on sustainability and we have invited our friends, great european chefs to participate at our Chefs Dinner 2018. Visiting chefs are e.g. Paul Ivic (Tian Wien), Toni Kostian (Grön Helsinki), René Mammen (Substans Aarhus), Mikael Svensson (Kontrast Oslo) & Sayan Isaksson(Esperanto Stockholm) and rest will be revealed on our FB sites soon.
The event will be arranged at our sister Restaurant Jord in Kampin Kortteli 6.5.2018 at 18:00.

SUSTAINABILITY NOW! 7.5.2018
This year we want to do something more in association with the Chefs Dinner so we will be arranging paneldiscussions on Monday the 7th of May from 11:00-14:00 at Restaurant Jord.
We will be discussing a sustainable lifestyle in the present & future, nutrition, lifestyle, organic and biodynamic farming etc.
Kaj Kunnas will be hosting the panel discussions.
Invited panelists are e.g. professor Aila Rissanen, biodynamic farmer Atte Hermansson, Chef Sasu Laukkonen, Chef Maksut Askar & coffee specialist Lari Salomaa.
Entry on the 7th of May is free of charge! But reservation is required!
